Hangout was incredible & really reminded me to have balance ⚖️ •
I did my workouts and ate fairly well leading up to the festival, and even once I was there I had fruit everyday and dancing all day was a great workout 💃🏼
I even ordered a salads over all the delicious festival food.
.... but by the 3rd day I caved and had to have a honey butter chicken biscuit (if you know, you know...) and went all in with the pizza, corndogs, gelato .. etc. as well as the fast food on the road trip back home.
I had so much fun and it really reminded me it’s okay to not be on top of the fitness game 100% of the time. This weekend was such a mentally healthy way for me to let loose after finishing college, working and being a mom. I needed this vacation and to balance fun and work/life.
However, after all that food this week my goal is to kill it in the kitchen and ease back into my workout routine!
