For the past six years, fans have looked forward to #JayZ
’s annual #MadeInAmericaFestival
during Labor Day weekend in Philadelphia. Each year the festival has been held on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, however, the city’s mayor announced that this would be the last year that the festival will be held on the parkway.
According to @variety
said this will be the festivals last year at the parkway due to costs and congestion associated with the festival. This news, of course, didn’t sit too well with Jay-Z, who expressed how pissed he was about the mayor’s decision through @phillydotcom.
He also revealed that the city tried to stop this year’s festival.
